super moist n yum Chocolate cake

I'm totally in love with this cake..so simple, no need to take out your electric mixer. Only use a bowl!! Although it took me about almost an hour to bake it, it came out perfect. I used instant coffee n regular vegetable oil. The only problem was with the cream, my whipping cream was very soft since I didn't use the cream cheese (hard to get it here) so I just mix the cream and icing sugar. I put it in freezer long enough but it won't get solid, so when I put it between cake layers, it just slip away. You have to remember that the cake is very moist so its heavy for sure, and my cream won't hold the upper layer of cake. I took them away with spatula and made ganache instead with 1:1 ratio between dark chocolate and whipping cream. Alhamdulillah they didn't fail me as a couple. Ganache smoothly covered the top of the cake and perfectly filled in the middle. Ta da!!! Taste was so great yet the look needed much improvement:p. So, keep trying.
